2nd Annual Halloween Tournament

Join us for a spooky good time at the ballpark! Team costumes are encouraged! Team with the best costume theme will win back their entry fee! This will be voted on by umpires, so be nice! : )

<u>TOURNAMENT DETAILS</u>

There will be a MAXIMUM of 6 teams per division. Filled on a first come, first served basis. See below for all booking details.

Location(s):

All games will be played at Skagit Playfields in Mount Vernon. Turf infield, grass outfield. Skagit Parks and Rec mandates no spikes!

Games:

This will be a 4GG tournament, with each division playing 2 pool play games. Teams from each pool will play in bracket play, with others playing a consolation game. Seeding will be determined, in order, by Record, Runs Allowed, Run Differential, and Runs Scored. We will use Top Tier seeding rules beyond that if needed.

Roster:

Following registration, your team point of contact will receive a link to our form to provide team and player info, including roster and birthdates. This information will be private and not shared with anyone, solely used for validation if roster or player age is challenged.

Contests:

There will be a home run derby and gold glove competition available for kids to purchase tickets into on Saturday should they want to!

Misc:

Baseballs will be provided by tournament host

Awards for 1st place in each division bracket - Plus a plaque on our trophy forever!

Food, concessions and merch will be available

We will have extra games and prizes for kids to play while waiting for their games!

NO gate fees - They are included in the cost for tournament

This will be a rain or shine tournament - Should we have a significant amount of rain, the number of GG may be adjusted to a 3GG. Let's hope rain cooperates this year!

Booking and Refund:

<u>***Payment must be made at time of registration. NO refunds beyond September 18th, 2026, any cancellation beyond that deadline will NOT BE REFUNDED! PLEASE make sure your team is 100% committed if you sign up. We are fronting all costs for this tourney and cannot afford teams backing out***</u>

If your team opts to play in the Goodbye Summer Tournament, we will provide a discount of $25 per tournament for doing both.
