The Historic Union Pacific Rail Trail is a 28-mile non-motorized trail. One end of the trail begins in Park City and follows Interstate 80 through Wanship and Coalville to Echo Reservoir, the other end of the trail. Working from Marfa, Texas, Glynn builds layered mixed-media paintings from vintage photographs, forgotten advertising, and Western ephemera, combining silkscreen, paint, and collage into works that feel at once deeply familiar and entirely new. The textures of deteriorating buildings, weathered billboards, and desert landscapes find their way into every surface, documents of time, resilience, and the stories that linger after everything else fades.
