Join the Santa Shootout, a fastpitch softball tournament hosted at Southside Sports Complex in Lake City, FL, on December 19, 2026. Open to 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U, and 18U divisions, this qualifier-style event features pool play leading to single-elimination brackets, guaranteeing at least four games per team. Organized by USSSA Fastpitch, it’s ideal for competitive teams looking to test their skills in a fun, holiday-themed tournament atmosphere.

The United States Specialty Sports Association (USSSA) is a volunteer, sports governing body and a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Viera, Florida. Originally USSSA stood for United States Slowpitch Softball Association. 

However, in 1998, USSSA rebranded the name to United States Specialty Sports Association, because it expanded into other sports, including youth girls fastpitch, boys baseball, youth basketball, martial arts and more. USSSA governs 13 sports across the US, Puerto Rico, various US Military bases and Canada, and has a membership of over 3.7 million.
