The Rochester Broadway Theatre League’s (RBTL’s) mission is to provide opportunities for all people to experience, understand and enjoy the best in arts and performance, through its education programs, live events, and activities. RBTL owns and operates the West Herr Performing Arts Center and West Herr Auditorium Theatre, located at the corner of East Main Street and Prince Street in Rochester, NY. The West Herr Auditorium Theatre is home to a full season of touring Broadway shows, the M&T Bank Broadway Season, and also hosts a number of live concerts, comedy, drama, community, and family events each year.

**Alex Sanchez** has published ten novels, including the American Library Association “Best Book for Young Adults” *Rainbow Boys* and Lambda Award-winning *So Hard to Say*. His novel *Bait* won the Tomas Rivera Mexican-American Book Award and the Florida Book Award Gold Medal for Young Adult fiction. *You Brought Me the Ocean*, his graphic novel from DC Comics, was illustrated by Julie Maroh. Alex’s newest book, *The Greatest Superpower*, came out in 2021. Alex has a master’s degree in guidance and counseling and worked for many years as a youth and family counselor.
