Autumn paints our mountain canyons in gold, perfect for morning strolls that end at local coffee shops. Spring? That's when you might spot baby bison on Antelope Island before heading to the Eccles Theater for a Broadway show. Our soaring Wasatch Mountains rise dramatically from downtown Salt Lake, creating a place where every day offers both natural wonders and urban energy. Sports Salt Lake

During this workshop, participants will be led in breath work, showing them techniques they can use in their everyday lives to restore and reset. The breath workshop will be followed by a vocal alchemy sound bath where guests can lie in the transformative frequencies of sound.  
  
Please bring anything that will help you feel comfortable and supported during this class, a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, water bottle, or any other cozy items you might need.  
  
Local Little Cottonwood Canyon employee, athlete, and community member GJ Woomer started Peak Serenity to give our alpine community free access to the healing modalities of breath, sound, and movement.
