GREENbike, Utah’s only nonprofit bike share, connects our community with employment centers, high-density residential units, transit stops, and popular entertainment destinations. The bike share program serves as a mechanism to improve community health, air quality, and increase the use of existing transit infrastructure. GREENbike is a nonprofit, public/private partnership between SelectHealth, Salt Lake City, UTA, and other private sponsors. The local nonprofit bike share system is dedicated to offering the community an affordable, convenient, and sustainable transportation option. Repeal is a downtown Salt Lake City restaurant, cocktail bar, and live jazz speakeasy beneath the historic Walker Center. Enjoy lunch Tuesday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM, then return for dinner, craft cocktails, rare whiskey, and live jazz in an intimate setting unlike anywhere else downtown.

From Balanchine to Bournonville and Petipa to Tharp, Ballet West boasts a rich and varied repertoire, elegant and versatile artists and an American style and legacy that is as dynamic, expansive and unexpected as the Rocky Mountain region it represents. Ballet West has toured the world several times over presenting the very best in American classical ballet. Ballet West was established in Salt Lake City in 1963. Willam F. Christensen was the company’s first artistic director, co-founding the company together with Utah’s “First Lady of the Arts” Glenn Walker Wallace. In 1951, Christensen had established the first ballet department in an American university at The University of Utah and with the tireless assistance of Mrs. Enid Cosgriff this program grew into the Utah Civic Ballet, Ballet West’s first incarnation. But this was not the first ballet company Willam Christensen’s founded. Along with his brothers Lew and Harold, Christensen made history by establishing the oldest ballet company in the western United States, the San Francisco Ballet. There he went on to create the first full-length American productions of Coppélia, Swan Lake, and his evergreen production of The Nutcracker, which remains in Ballet West’s repertoire to this day.

From Scratch offers an ancient style for the modern age. Using a hand-made Austrian flour mill and wood-fired oven, the restaurant offers pizza, pasta, salads, as well as a signature hamburger. Food items at the restaurant are made literally ‘From Scratch’, with house ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, butter and apple jam, among other items.

From Scratch serves unique pizzas such as the Spicy Calabrese, as well as a house fennel sausage, Traditional pizza fare, such as the Margherita and four-cheese with house Ricotta can also be found on the menu.
