2027 Capital Classic

Join Capital Volleyball Club for the 8th annual Capital Classic youth volleyball tournament on January 9–10, 2027, in Bismarck/Mandan, ND. This two-day event features competitive divisions for ages 12–18, with pool play and bracket play formats culminating in champion awards. Registration opens September 20, 2026, via Advance Event Systems, and team entrance fees are $175 per division. Don’t miss this premier youth volleyball showcase featuring top local talent and a chance to compete in a premier regional tournament.

Reminder that club directors, coaches and players must be individual USAV members in good standing and must have completed all membership requirements prior to the final tournament registration deadline date in order to participate in the event. Teams that do not meet these requirements may need to withdraw or may be dropped from the event and are subject to the tournament’s refund policies.

Team entrance fee is $175 per team and Space is limited! Teams accepted on a first come-first served basis!

Saturday, Jan. 9: Divisions: 12s, 13s, & 14s

Spectator/Player Guidelines:

There will be an admission charge TBD. Cash only!

Full Concessions will be provided at all locations. Please support our concessions and do not bring in outside food or coolers to any of the locations.

Seating will be limited at each location, please bring your own chair just in case.

Tournament Guidelines:

• Doors will open at: TBD
• First round of pool play will start at: TBD (will follow a rolling schedule after that).
• Coaches meeting: TBD
• Please bring your own warm-up balls. A game ball will be provided at each court.
• Athletic Trainer will be available.
• Teams must provide: Up and down official, line judges, score keeper, libero tracker, book. A coach must be either up or down official. Please check that all scores are written down CORRECTLY at the end of each set/match.
