In 2017 Chef Paolo Celeste moved back to Salt Lake City, Utah for a new adventure, opening Celeste Ristorante bringing authentic Italian food to Murray, Utah. Chef Paolo Celeste leaned to cook from his grandmother, who worked at a restaurant in Forte dei Marmi. He learned the basic Tuscan recipes frm her. Chef Celeste makes fresh bread and pasta during the day, which is why the eatery is not open for lunch.

Mick Riley Golf Course

A quick and easy nature trail that starts in a park. Good for kids, dogs, and anyone who can do stairs.

An easy, lightly trafficked nature route with beautiful valley and mountain views, a tiny bit of incline to get your heart going, and some lovely, well-maintained trails. The park area also has nice places for picnics or children to play on the playground.

**Local's recommendation:** A good, relaxing walk for the whole family.

Olympus Hills Park Nature Trail

Wheeler Historic Farm is a unique site that was acquired by Salt Lake County in 1969 and is the only historic site operated by the County. The Junior League worked with the County to preserve the Farm for the centennial in 1976. The same year it was placed on the National Register of Historic Places. County funds, grant monies and support from the Wheeler Farm Friends keeps the farm up and running. The site is about 75 acres in size and includes a swift moving stream (Walker Ditch-Little Cottonwood Creek) that feeds irrigation ditches on the property and supplies water to two ice ponds. Wheeler Historic Farm is a working farm and museum with a generous amount of open space, picnic facilities and a playground for public enjoyment. The Lawns/Pavilion, Activity Barn, Ice House and Party House are rented for private and public events providing a source of earned revenue. Mount Olympus is a dominating presence on the Salt Lake City skyline and makes for one of the area's most rewarding hikes. Its craggy summit juts up nearly a mile above the valley floor below, beckoning hikers to try to gain it. The north side of the mountain is terrain full of cliffs and enormous slabs of broken quartzite, the domain of mountain goats and rock climbers. The west side, on the other hand, offers more modest grades and a trail that can take even mortals to the top of this impressive 9,026-foot peak. Capping off the route is several hundred feet of third-class scrambling over boulders and ledges, adding to the thrill and sense of accomplishment on reaching the top.
