Wasatch Adaptive Sports (WAS) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 1977 with a mission to provide affordable recreational opportunities, including skiing, biking, and more, for children and adults with disabilities. At WAS, we believe in inclusivity and ensure that no one is turned away. WAS offers full and partial scholarships, requires no upfront fees, and strives to make participation in their programs possible for everyone, regardless of financial circumstances.

The Cliff Lodge offers easy ski-out/ski-in access, a world-class spa and diverse shopping opportunities. Snowbird's flagship accommodation showcases restaurants and lounges, outdoor swimming pools and hot tubs and extensive meeting space. Guests enjoy mountain and slopeside views from this modern, alpine hotel. Complimentary guest ski lockers, resort-wide wireless internet service, room service, concierge and a state-licensed daycare facility make your vacation a success. The Cliff Lodge comes with a selection of dining and shopping options. The Aerie Restaurant and Lounge, The Atrium and El Chanate Restaurant and Cantina are open year-round and offer diverse menus for every palate. A ski rental and repair shop complements the resort’s numerous retail shops. A heated guest pool and three hot tubs are located outdoors on Level 3 and are open year-round. Located on the 9th and 10th floors, The Cliff Spa features over 30 treatment and salon services, yoga studio, fitness center, rooftop pool, and hot tub. Providing 360-degree views of the Wasatch mountains, The Cliff Lodge's window-lined meeting spaces create the perfect backdrop for any conference or event. The Cliff Ballroom, designed with 16-foot ceilings and an advanced rear-screen projection system, accommodates up to 900 attendees.

Located on the first floor of the Snowbird Center, General Gritts is your one-stop shop for all Snowbird adventures. General Gritts opens early and stays open late in order to accommodate daily visitors and guests overnighting in resort lodging. The grocery section of General Gritts has cold drinks, frozen foods, grab-and-go snacks, and almost everything else in between. Toiletries and medicinal products are also for sale at General Gritts in case you are in need of essentials while vacationing at Snowbird. General Gritts has a full service deli which operates during the breakfast, lunch and dinner hours. General Gritts also operate a state of Utah liquor store, allowing for easy shopping of wine and spirits. The courteous staff at General Gritts are also a great resource for mountain information, ski terrain recommendations, and off-the-map secret powder stashes on those magical pow days at Snowbird.

The Forklift features a casual, family dining atmosphere and serves a la carte breakfast and lunch entrées, year-round. Beer, wine and cocktails are served. During the winter, an apres-ski menu is offered.

Alta’s finest luxury resort, the Snowpine Lodge, provides guests with the best ski-in/ski-out access, world class dining, rejuvenating mountain spa, and views that take your breath away during every season. Built in 1938, the historical Snowpine Lodge was the first ski lodge in Little Cottonwood canyon, home of both Alta and Snowbird ski resorts, and the "Greatest Snow on Earth”. The Snowpine Lodge was completely rebuilt in 2017/2018, adding numerous amenities desired by every guest, including a full-service restaurant, full-service bar, outdoor pool and hot tub, indoor grotto, game room, and ballroom. The Aerie has been remodeled and is open to serve you. The modern restaurant and lounge, atop The Cliff Lodge on the tenth floor, features a revamped menu offering Modern American Gastropub cuisine. The Aerie has the capacity to welcome 200 guests in the Restaurant, 75 in the Lounge and 100 in private dining rooms.

Acclaimed Bay Area musicians and music historians Dr. Nolan Gasser (piano, co-creator of Pandora Radio) and Bert Keely (multi-genre recording artist, vocals, guitar, trumpet) will present a one-of-a-kind event: THE MUSIC OF LAUREL CANYON – celebrating the amazing musical and cultural synergy that was the Laurel Canyon district of Los Angeles from the mid-1960s to the mid-1970s.
