Lowe’s Creek County Park is a woodsy wonderland, nestled right inside the city limits. In winter the park’s 13 miles of singletrack are groomed for fat bikes and snowshoes, and over five miles of double track trail is groomed for both classic and skate cross-country skiing. Metropolis Resort has brought a new restaurant to Eau Claire, WI: City Eats! Breakfast here can't get any better. From fresh blueberry pancakes, and french toast to eggs, skillets and more. The High Bridge is Eau Claire's oldest railroad bridge. In 1898, Chicago and North Western Railway built the bridge and later sold it to Union Pacific Railroad. In 2015, it was renovated from a train bridge to a pedestrian bridge along the Chippewa River State Trail.
