We're a micro roastery and bakery in Phoenix, Arizona. We started Moxie to share our love for uncommon coffee. At the core of what we do is source rare coffees that excite us, highlight the story and journey of the producers, discover novel processing and fermentation methods, and eventually share all of that with our community here in Phoenix and beyond. We start by sourcing only the highest quality coffee and roasting it relatively light in order to showcase the bright, sweet qualities that already exist in the beans. The goal is simply to work in tandem with our producing partners to highlight the characteristics that make each coffee distinct and memorable. Our Parking Lot Parties are our way of bringing our community together to share food, shop for arts/crafts/vintage, and escape the heat in our shaded parking garage.
