Strength in the City Festival is an intentionally-curated, community-driven health and wellness festival celebrating movement, mindfulness, and local connection. Join us at The Pemberton in Phoenix on Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (doors open at 8:30 a.m.).  
  
Attendees can explore more than 20 fitness and wellness mini-classes, including yoga, Pilates, HIIT, dance, meditation, and equipment-based workouts. The event also features a free community run and walk (5K or 2-mile option starting at 8:00 a.m.), local wellness vendors and brands, recovery services, BINGO with more than 50 prizes, food, drinks, discounts, and giveaways.  
  
All ages are welcome, and guests under 16 are always free. Attendees are encouraged to bring a yoga mat and water bottle. The event takes place rain or shine. Proceeds benefit the Strength in the City Foundation, which supports other charitable organizations.
