Something BIG is roaring back to Fresno Chaffee Zoo. Zoorassic Park is OPEN! Travel back in time to Zoorassic Park, a limited time exhibit. Go on an adventure to a time when dinosaurs roamed and ruled the earth. Watch them move, hear them roar, and see how they lived, from their nests to their epic battles. Featuring some returning favorites as well as new dinosaurs, this educational and exciting exhibit details the era, habitat, and size of each species while also explaining some of the science behind paleontology. Roeding park is one of the four largest regional city parks in Fresno County. This 90 acre park includes a lake, several ponds and picnic areas. It is also home to the Fresno Chaffee Zoo and Storyland and Playland Amusement Parks.

The 12th Annual Lady Apache Invitational is a premier girls wrestling tournament hosted by Sanger Wrestling at Sanger High School. Taking place January 16–17, 2027, this two-day event brings together top junior varsity and varsity wrestlers from across the region for a competitive showcase of skill and sportsmanship. Hosted by Sanger Wrestling, the tournament features multiple weight classes, elite coaching, and a supportive environment designed to highlight rising talent and foster growth in the sport.
