WIBOSCOC Annual Conference 2027

The 2027 Wisconsin Balance of State Continuum of Care (WIBOSCOC) Annual Conference will take place February 2–4, 2027, at the La Crosse Center in downtown La Crosse, Wisconsin. The conference will bring together professionals, service providers, community partners, and advocates from across the state to exchange ideas, strengthen partnerships, and explore effective approaches to preventing and ending homelessness. Through educational sessions, collaborative discussions, and networking opportunities, attendees will gain practical knowledge and resources to support their work in communities throughout Wisconsin.
