Aventura began in 2013, like many seductive ideas, with creative individuals seeking adventure. When restaurateur Sava Farah acquired the 1800s-era building that now houses Aventura, she was instantly captivated by its rich history, unique patina, and undeniable character. The space itself became the source of inspiration, setting the stage for what Aventura would ultimately become: a celebrated destination for authentic Spanish cuisine.​
