Located in the heart of Downtown Salt Lake City, our club & venue comes to life! SKY SLC is a 15,000 square-foot, open-air building, complete with state-of-the-art sound, video, and lighting, 20 VIP suites, and an iconic retractable glass roof. Since breaking ground on the building in 2015, SKY has hosted thousands of nationally recognized touring artists, countless top-tier corporate events & galas, and become a staple of the city’s nightlife and entertainment scene. The venue is also home to one of SLC’s premier rooftop bars that regularly hosts free sunset house parties every Sunday in the summer season. Sky has recently joined the ever-growing list of SLC live music venues, restaurants, and bars, under new / joint ownership and management of Live Nite Events and Realine Group. This includes the 600-person capacity venue, Soundwell (Downtown SLC), along with the city’s pair of modern American restaurants and bars, Ivy & Varley. Having been on the forefront of SLC’s entertainment scene since 2007, LNE and Realine Group have played an integral role in the city’s growth and development. In October 10, 2025, we celebrated the opening of our 1974 Bookstore "Tiny Bookshop" a cozy brick and mortar, serving the wonderful Pioneer Park, Rio Grande and Post District neighborhoods, as an extension of our mobile book cart. We welcome you to come visit and spend time in our cozy space; we offer several pockets of seating, free WiFi and ready to drink and eat beverages and snacks. In addition our bookstore is located within walking or biking distance to several local coffee shops, restaurants and and our Historic Pioneer Park. ​

S&S Presents has hosted concerts in the Salt Lake valley since 2007. Beginning with backyard shows at our first venue, Kilby Court, S&S has grown immensely over the last twenty years and currently produces over 1000+ concerts a year throughout multiple venues in Salt Lake City. Our company focus is to create meaningful experiences for artists and fans. We aim to provide SLC with access to life-changing live music opportunities, as well as giving artists hospitable and professional experiences. In addition to showcasing local talent, S&S Presents hosts groundbreaking independent touring artists in primarily 200 to 7,000 capacity venues, as well as select large-scale music festivals and concert series. We take pride in enriching our community by bringing more artists to Utah than any other local production company in the state.

Sonoma Wine Bar + Grill was introduced in 2018 as a complement to our wonderful steak house. Beginning at the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral in Salt Lake City’s historic Warehouse District, this walking tour explores how the railroad's arrival in 1869 transformed the city’s west side into a vibrant immigrant neighborhood. As rail lines converged near the Rio Grande Depot, Greek, Japanese, Jewish, Italian, Austrian, Basque, and other immigrant communities built churches, hotels, restaurants, boarding houses, factories, and small businesses, reshaping the area into a bustling commercial and industrial hub.  
  
Along Broadway and surrounding streets, we’ll visit landmark buildings such as the Rio Grande Depot, the Peery and Broadway Hotels, the Bertolini Block, Japantown, and the Sweet Candy and Crane buildings, examining the architectural details that reflect this period of rapid growth and diversity.  
  
Throughout the tour, attendees will uncover lesser-known stories that bring the neighborhood to life—from marble in the Rio Grande Depot sourced from the same quarry as the Lincoln Memorial, to a rooftop garden with rare birds atop a chocolate factory, to boxer Jack Dempsey training in a former railroad building. We’ll also reflect on the resilience of Japantown, much of which was lost to redevelopment in 1966, and consider how today's preservation efforts protect the physical reminders of the communities that built Salt Lake’s west side.
