The GRAND 1401 is a historical Fresno Landmark, formerly built in 1924 to serve as headquarters for the San Joaquin Light & Power Building. The picturesque space of The Grand on 10 is located at the 10th floor, which was formerly closed off to the public for decades. Now, it’s been renovated to accommodate 275 guests, with the entire room lined up with huge picture windows plus a stage. It also has a hidden wall so that the floor can be partitioned into a smaller area for meetings, cocktail receptions, and other small-crowd affairs. Your guests need not be cooped inside the party. If they feel like taking a break, our outdoor terrace is open so that your guests can have a breather while enjoying an unmatched view of the city.

The Grand

Go beyond the entrance's intricate cast-iron gate. Walk the hallways lined with large-scale photography and metal sculptures. And you'll know you've come to a special place, not to mention an Art Hop favorite. The 10,800 s.f. Cultural Arts Building offers sites for small commercial businesses as well as 25 work/show studios that artists can rent. Here is a place that creates an atmosphere where everyone from photographers to painters and designers to sculptors can all come and be inspired---and inspire one another. Located at 1416 Broadway Street, between Stanislaus and Tuolumne.

This mural shows musical notes and lyrics for the famously known song Amazing Grace. This mural is right beside the historical Wilson Theater that is now home to Cornerstone Church. Cross streets are Fulton and Stanislaus.

Warnors Theatre, located in downtown Fresno, has a rich heritage reaching back to its inaugural year of 1928. With a seating capacity of 2,100 and world class acoustics, Warnors Theatre is the premiere facility in Central California and a must-stop for touring music artists of all genres. In addition to music, Warnors has hosted weddings, motion picture premieres, theatrical and musical productions and a variety of functions. This Pantages Theatre features a mix of Moorish, Spanish and Italian renaissance architecture in addition to an extremely rare “Disappearing” Robert Morton Organ. To say that Warnors Theatre is the “gem” of the San Joaquin Valley is to understate the experience audiences have enjoyed for nearly 80 years. Your artist or event deserves to be experienced within the walls of Warnors Theatre.

Made especially for the Fulton Mall, "The Visit" is a unique sculpture that shows two people sitting next to each other on a bench. The cross streets are Fulton and Toulumne st.

This mural on Broadway st depicts an abstract image that include flowers, insects, a gorilla, a baby and many other detailed features. The cross streets are Broadway and Tuolumne st.

Broadway Studios, West Alley

This beautiful and colorful mural was requested by downtown Fresno partnership. The artist is Francisco Vargas. The cross streets are Van Ness and Tuolumne Diverter.

Chelita's Taqueria

This sculpture was made to carry out water through an oval shape. Its name has Latin roots and the word aquarius means "water-carrier" and ovoid means an oval shape. The cross streets are Fulton and Fresno st.

This amazing mural shows a boy reading a book and multiple birds of different colors crashing into him. The cross streets are Van Ness and Calaveras st.

CMAC Building

This mural is on the back of the Crest Theater and it shows the many beautiful faces of Fresno. Fresno Faces are located in the Congo Alley and the cross streets are Fresno and Broadway St.

This 36-foot tall mural shows Frank Sinatra in vivid colors on the back side of the KJML Building.

Taking place January 16–17, 2027, this two-day event brings together top junior varsity and varsity wrestlers from across the region for a competitive showcase of skill and sportsmanship.
