North Bank Park is located at the south end of Texas Avenue, about five blocks east of the Hampton Street entrance to Maymont. The park is known to many as Texas Beach. A long, singletrack trail leads to many isolated sandy beaches and sunbathing rocks. The park is very popular with dog-walkers, but is also great for biking, hiking, and snorkeling.

North Bank Trail

Friendly farm animals are the big draw at the Maymont Farm, a popular destination for families and animal lovers. The area offers hands-on animal encounters and insight into farm life where children and adults alike are delighted by the crow of a rooster, the feel of a sheep’s wool and the nudge of a hungry goat. Look for feed machines on-site to purchase treats for your furry pals.

Our Name: refers to the “fourth wall”, a metaphor for the imaginary “wall” at the front of the stage through which the audience sees the world of the play. The “5th wall” represents yet another dimension to the theatrical experience. Our Core Beliefs: are to provide the platform and power to allow artists and audiences alike to view the world with a different, more open, perspective. We believe that all theatrical endeavors should nourish artistic expression, and provide an atmosphere of encouragement and trust for all members of the creative and administrative team.
