Building 13 also houses part of the annual Banbury Art Crawl where visitors and shoppers can get a taste for the local art scene and chat with the artists. This innovative kitchen offers a flexible, from-scratch menu that changes with the seasons and emphasizes fresh, quality ingredients from local farmers. There are no waiters or hosts, just grab-and-go options and a cozy space to enjoy your meal. WILD: A feral kitchen by LiveGreatFood

Before becoming the booming artist and entrepreneur haven it is today, Banbury Place, located at 930 Galloway St. in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, was the massive Uniroyal tire factory. The history of this 1.9 million square-foot factory is now honored through the Uniroyal Tire Factory Gallery, presented by Royal Credit Union and Banbury Place with support from Visit Eau Claire. The self-guided exhibit, located in Suite 29 of Building 13, was produced by Chippewa Valley Museum and is open to the public Thursday through Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. For guided tours, please contact Visit Eau Claire at 715-831-2345.

Uniroyal Tire Factory Gallery presented by Royal Credit Union & Banbury Place

A weekly warehouse sale takes place every Saturday from 9 am to 3 pm, offering a rotating inventory with discounts of up to 85% off retail prices. The store features various themed sections, including a Toy Shop with popular brands like LEGO and Pokémon, a Game Shop catering to gamers with leading brands such as Nintendo and PlayStation, and a Collectors Shop showcasing vintage toys from franchises like Star Wars and GI Joe. Customers can also explore a Book Nook for a range of books, Record Row for vinyl and CDs, and a Film Shop for DVDs and Blu-Rays. Half Moon Clay Center is a community clay center launching in January 2022 (located near Downtown Eau Claire inside Banbury Place). At their core, Half Moon Clay is a place for makers. Whether you want to make a masterpiece (or just end up making a mess), you're certainly going to make some new friends. Their community art center approach makes pottery accessible to the entire Eau Claire community. They cater to multiple skill levels, by hosting special workshops, traditional classes, and open studio drop-in memberships.

Welcome to Banbury Place’s Mural Art Gallery! The Artist murals that were once on the outside windows of a downtown vacant building at 2 South Barstow Street have been preserved and now displayed for the public to enjoy at Banbury Place – 800 Wisconsin St., Building 6 – during business hours. Banbury Place underwent its renaissance – transformation 20 years ago from was once a Uniroyal Goodrich Tire Plant into now a mix of offices, art studios, daycare, restaurant, apartments, manufacturing, self-storage and warehousing. Banbury Place encompasses 1,900,000 square feet and is the home to over 135 businesses.

The Bit and Spur Saddle Club is in its 84th year of operation and continues to be Eau Claire's best kept secret. They produce eight horse shows that have halter, showmanship, English Hunt Seat and Saddle Seat classes along with Western Pleasure and Horsemanship. The Club concentrates on putting on Open Horse Shows and is affiliated with the Western Saddle Club Association. People are welcome to join the Bit and Spur Saddle Club at any time and is open to all age groups, and any horse breed is welcome. There are also educational seminars throughout the year.
