The Tutu Trot 5K & Fun Run takes place Saturday, Oct. 17, at Town Creek Park in Auburn, with the Fun Run beginning at 8 a.m. and the 5K starting at 8:30 a.m.

Grab a tutu and hit the course for a morning supporting the Down South Cancer Foundation. The event celebrates cancer survivors and supports local individuals and families affected by cancer, with options to run or walk the 5K or take part in the family-friendly Fun Run. Every registered participant will receive an event T-shirt and tutu, and awards will be presented to the top three overall male and female 5K finishers.

Registration is $25 for the Fun Run and $30 for the 5K through Sept. 15, with prices increasing after that date.
