Viewing food as an artform, Food Network ‘Chopped’ Champion, Chef Cory Oppold, and his culinary team take you on a food journey through an explosion of both your taste and visual senses, using seasonality of products and a progression of flavor. Join us Tuesday-Saturday evenings for dinner service from 5-9pm. Friday and Saturday, explore an 8-course ‘Chef Tasting’ menu curated by Chef Cory. Tuesday through Thursday, we offer a 5-course ‘Choice Of’ menu with the option to upgrade to the full tasting menu. Sundays and Mondays are available for private events. Guests can now enhance their meal with some of Chef’s favorite indulgent add-ons, plus wine pairings by our expert sommelier, David Sander, or seasonal cocktail creations by our mixologist, Justin Chard. Not just a meal, COURSE is a dining experience. Our menus change seasonally; current menus can be viewed on our website, along with upcoming special menus.

Located on the Garden Level (lower level) of the resort, Blue Coyote Café is open 24 hours a day and offers an eclectic mix of mouthwatering American cuisine and sushi. The ambiance is upscale yet casual. Blue Coyote is the perfect place to enjoy outdoor dining with our indoor-outdoor restaurant seating. Many tables have a wonderful view of our main hotel pools. Our large menu selection features items for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a Southwestern flair, including the best fresh omelets, specialty sandwiches and a variety of soups and salads. Our full sushi menu includes Nigiri, Sashimi and rolls like Alaskan, Rainbow and Boston. Sushi is served daily from 11 a.m.–10 p.m.

This class is LIVE. Stephanie will be on camera, available to answer questions and provide feedback. Participants will receive a link to the recorded class after the class session.
