Pomeroy Farm is pleased to announce our Homeschool Open House on October 14th! If your homeschool, school co-op or family group has fewer than 20 students, this is your day. Arrive anytime between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM to experience our fall program. Groups with 20 or more students: please contact our office for program availability.  
  
SUGGESTED GRADE LEVELS: Preschool (age 3-5) and K-2 (mixed age groups are welcome!)

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: An excellent introductory field trip for young students. A tractor-pulled hayride through the farm’s Pumpkin Lane with vignettes of “pumpkin people” will delight youngsters and their chaperones. The hay wagon will stop at the Pumpkin Patch where both students and adults can pick out a pumpkin to take home. Students also visit the chickens, goats and sheep, go through the hay bale maze and have a turn at the pumpkin flume.  
  
TIME: Admission from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Grounds will remain open until 1:00 PM.  
  
COST: $10 per student or adult (2 & under free)
