Richmond’s Altria Theater is located to the west of downtown Richmond, across from historic Monroe Park. The City of Richmond-owned theater is nestled in the middle of the campus of Virginia Commonwealth University and it now plays host to a variety of events including Broadway productions, The Richmond Forum, concerts, comedians, children’s theater, lectures, school commencements and fashion shows. The City purchased the Mosque from the Shriners in 1940 and a 1994-95 renovation restored its splendor. One of the best known and most striking buildings in Richmond, the Altria also ranks among the City’s most popular stages for theatrical and musical performances. Some of America’s greatest entertainers have appeared on stage beneath its towering minarets and desert murals. Known for its excellent acoustics, the Altria now offers seating for 3,565.

The Museum of Virginia Catholic History exhibits illustrating the history of the Catholic Diocese of Richmond are located in the Baptistery Gallery and Crypt at the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart. The Egyptian Building is a historic college building in Richmond, Virginia, completed in 1845. It was the first permanent home of the Medical Department of Hampden-Sydney College (later renamed the Medical College of Virginia, MCV) and now is a part of Virginia Commonwealth University.

Autry, Amber honed her comedic skills at Chicago’s renowned Second City before transitioning to stand-up. Now a headliner, her dynamic stage presence has led her  
to share the spotlight with comedy heavyweights such as Fortune Feimster, Whitney Cummings, and Tim Meadows. Autry's growing acclaim includes features on Peacock TV, Drybar Comedy, and Don’t Tell Comedy, as well as a recent appearance on Netflix’s "Introducing..." In 2026, Autry sold out comedy clubs nationwide, taped her debut solo live special (release TBD), and launched her first-ever theater run with a sold-out first leg of The Happy Holler Tour. In 2027, she takes the tour worldwide, with dates across the US and abroad.
