The Mitten Brewing Company is a vintage baseball-themed microbrewery and pizzeria located in historic Engine House #9, a Victorian-era firehouse and Grand Rapids Landmark. Since opening in October 2012, they've become known for their classic style beers with a twist and gourmet pizzas.

Monarchs Club was originally founded in 1925 during prohibition and was an illegal Speakeasy started by Polish Immigrants on the west side of Grand Rapids. It's noted in historical files that it was raided by local police on a couple of occasions. In 2006 Monarchs Club reopened " Legally " at the same historic building, built in 1893 and located at the corner of Fourth and Stocking. Monarchs' is a neighborhood pub in the truest sense, a cozy corner with historical ambiance and a selection of over 100 Craft and European beers and 21 Taps for the Craft beer connoisseur. In addition, Monarch's has a great selection of original cocktails and spirits. Monarchs Pub Menu features a variety of Panini's with premium meats, Chicago style Italian beef sandwich, Polish and Italian sausages and Vienna Beef hot dogs including a Chicago style dog and Westside's famous "Red Lion Chilli Dog". We are an economic generator through sports tourism for Greater Grand Rapids and Kent County in the West Michigan area.

We own and operate an award winning baseball/softball complex; the Meijer Sports Complex [www.MeijerSportsComplex.com](https://www.MeijerSportsComplex.com) featuring eight fields, including a championship field that seats 1,000.

Our signature event, the Meijer State Games of Michigan (Olympic-style sporting event), draws 10,000 athletes through 60+ sports in its Winter and Summer Games.  We work with many of our local sports clubs and organizations to host various regional and national tournaments.

Halloween is in the air! Grab your loved one or a couple of friends and join us for an outdoor evening of Halloween spirit and craft beverages. Carve your own jack-o-lantern, take a lantern-lit stroll on the trails, visit the Wildife Center to see our noctural residents, and cozy up next to the campfire with a beverage. Registration includes a pumpkin and one craft beer or non-alcoholic drink per person. Additional beverages will be available for purchase.

This event is only for ages 21 and up. All registrants must show valid ID at check-in.

Note: Pre-registration is required due to limited capacity and supplies. Online registration closes at noon the day before the program or when it is sold out. If the program is sold out, complete your online registration to be added to the waitlist. We will contact you if spots become available. This program will take place outdoors. Please dress for the weather. In the event of inclement weather, this program will be cancelled and participants will be notified of their refund options.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests received at least 7 days before the scheduled program are eligible for a 50% refund of the total registration cost, not including the credit card processing fee. Due to administration costs, full refunds are not available. Cancellation requests received within 7 days of a program are not eligible for a refund. In the event that Blandford must cancel the program, you will be given the option to reschedule or receive a refund. All community programs will have a registrant minimum. If the minimum is not met, you will be contacted by Blandford Nature Center and notified of your refund options.
