Since its founding in September 2001, the Shady Grove Coffeehouse has been a premier folk music listening room in the greater Richmond area. The series has presented more than 200 concerts in its 24-year history and provides a family-friendly, alcohol-free venue for performances by local, regional, and nationally touring folk musicians.

The concert begins at 7:30 pm on October 3 Doors open at 7:00 pm. Tickets are $15 in advance; $20 at the door. Children 12 and under are admitted free of charge; .
