This class is all about bold flavors and culinary flair! In just a few hours, you’ll master our approachable version of the iconic Beef Wellington—perfectly crisp puff pastry wrapped around savory steak with mushroom duxelles (trust us, it’s seriously addictive).  
  
But that’s just the beginning. Together we’ll create a full menu designed to impress:  
  
Fresh & Vibrant Salad – a refreshing balance to the meal  
Beef Wellington Turnovers – paired with a sweet chili wine sauce for a modern twist  
Bananas Foster – finished with a fiery flambé that will light up the room
