The Otter Creek Inn has been in business since 1987. Owner, Lisa Jenkins, purchased the inn and started cosmetic renovations in August of 2018. Much of the original unique furnishings and features remain. The new beds, bedding, and upgraded amenities are sure to please those who have enjoyed and loved the property as well as guests yet to experience the inn.

Whether you're looking for a winter getaway, a summer getaway, a romantic evening, or traveling on business, the Otter Creek Inn has much to offer. Each of the 5 guest rooms has a private restroom with shower, jacuzzi tub, wireless Internet, 50 inch smart TV, and Keurig coffee maker. All 5 of their guest rooms also have fireplaces in the cooler months and Air conditioning in the warmer months. A full breakfast is served every day of the week; and the breakfast menu allows a choice of entrees, serving times, and breakfast in bed!

Altoona City Park, also known as 10th Street Park, is a neighborhood gathering place with plenty of room to play, picnic and spend time outdoors. The 5.5-acre park features two playground areas for children ages 2–12, including its recognizable climbing tower, along with a youth baseball diamond, full-size basketball court and six courts available for tennis and pickleball. Two of the courts are lighted for evening play.

Families and groups can gather around the park’s picnic tables, charcoal grills, gazebo and open green space. A reservable pavilion includes electricity, while The Fish House offers an indoor recreation and event space for larger gatherings.
