The Bismarck Fall Hockey Academy focuses on on-ice skills development, including stick handling, puck handling, passing, and shooting, complemented by treadmill skating analysis targeting stride length, power, and posture, guided by coach Grant Mindt. Sessions are available for grades 3-9, with specific times varying by grade level. Simultaneously, the Elementary School Performance Training Program is designed for students in grades 3-5, emphasizing strength, speed, and agility to build a solid foundation for athletic success. Training will be held from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. on varying days, with options available throughout the week. Pricing varies for each program; details can be found in the flyers. Hosted by Bismarck State College, the Mystic Stampede brings talented cowboys and cowgirls from across the Great Plains Region to compete for valuable **National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association (NIRA) regional points**. From the first ride to the final short go, you’ll see collegiate athletes put their skills, speed and determination to the test in bareback riding, steer wrestling, tie-down roping, team roping, barrel racing, breakaway roping and more.

The BSC Mystics are coming off a strong 2025–26 season, finishing **second in the Great Plains Region men's team standings and seventh nationally**. After sweeping the men's and women's team titles at the 2025 Mystic Stampede, they’ll be back in their home arena looking to do it again!
