- Send one invitation to invite all of Annunciation Monastery.

- Check in with Arianne Lawson prior to sending invitations to see if any Emeriti should be added to the list.

- Any Board members that RSVP should be sent to Jerome, Austin, & Jerilyn

- Send emcee script to Jerilyn prior to sending to emcee (coach emcees that their job should be ushering the night along)

- Do not include any note about allergens in the emcee script

- Ensure to send email to everyone at the head table to notify them of their spot ahead of the night of

- Entrees should planned to be served at 7:30 pm
