S&S Presents has hosted concerts in the Salt Lake valley since 2007. Beginning with backyard shows at our first venue, Kilby Court, S&S has grown immensely over the last twenty years and currently produces over 1000+ concerts a year throughout multiple venues in Salt Lake City. Our company focus is to create meaningful experiences for artists and fans. We aim to provide SLC with access to life-changing live music opportunities, as well as giving artists hospitable and professional experiences. In addition to showcasing local talent, S&S Presents hosts groundbreaking independent touring artists in primarily 200 to 7,000 capacity venues, as well as select large-scale music festivals and concert series. **Meeting & Event Spaces at the Salt Lake City Public Library — Main Library**

Whether you're planning an intimate business meeting, a community workshop, a film screening, or a landmark celebration, the Salt Lake City Public Library's Main Library offers a remarkable range of event spaces in one of Utah's most iconic buildings. Designed by world-renowned architect Moshe Safdie, the Main Library provides a stunning backdrop for gatherings of every size — and many spaces are available free of charge for community use.

Intimate & Small Group Spaces   
Conference Rooms on Levels 2 and 3 are ideal for smaller gatherings of 6 to 15 people. Both rooms feature open ceilings, ample natural light, and the building's signature award-winning design aesthetic — a refreshing alternative to a standard boardroom. Each includes wireless internet and a whiteboard.

Flexible Conference Rooms   
For groups of 15 to 60, Conference Rooms A, B, and C — located off the Lower Urban Room — offer versatile, private spaces well-suited for classes, lectures, and meetings. All three rooms are equipped with LCD projectors, wireless internet, and whiteboards. A standout feature: the collapsible walls between Rooms A, B, and C can be opened to create one larger combined space, accommodating a wide range of event configurations.

Conference Room E, on Level L1 adjacent to the Children's Library, is another excellent option for groups of 20 to 35, with easy access from the library's glass elevators.

A Room with a View Conference Room Level 4 is one of the most sought-after event spaces in downtown Salt Lake City. Two sweeping banks of windows frame the Wasatch Mountains to the east and the city skyline to the west, creating a breathtaking setting for lectures, press conferences, presentations, and musical events. Flexible seating arrangements — lecture, classroom, or conference style — accommodate 50 to 100 guests.

Landmark Event Spaces   
The Nancy Tessman Auditorium seats 300 in stadium seating and features a beautiful stage, LCD projector, DVD player, microphones, dressing rooms, and internet access — perfect for film screenings, performances, and large public programs. Available for after-hours rental.

The Urban Room, the library's grand five-story atrium with a soaring glass ceiling, accommodates 150 to 300 guests and makes for an unforgettable backdrop for receptions and large events. Like the Auditorium, it is available for after-hours rental.

For truly special occasions, the Rooftop Terrace offers 360-degree views of the Wasatch Mountains, Salt Lake Valley, and city skyline — an open-air venue unlike anything else in Salt Lake, with capacity for 100 to 250 guests.

HSL Restaurant, sister restaurant to Park City’s HANDLE and brought to Salt Lake by Executive Chef Briar Handly, Melissa Gray, and Meagan Nash, is a beauty of a spot that pushes all the right buttons. I had the chance to visit HSL for dinner last Saturday during their soft opening and was invited to a media event last night and the food, cocktails, and atmosphere haven’t strayed far from my mind since we first stepped through the door.

The bar program is being established by seasoned SLC cocktail expert, Scott Gardner. After following his moves around restaurants and bars in the city *[always a little too late]*, I finally got the chance to try his cocktails and they did not disappoint. No one is doing cocktails like Scott’s. The Bourbon + Black Tea + Clarified Milk, Mezcal + Epazote + Palm Sugar, Brandy + Pistachio + Mint cocktails were unbelievable. I could talk for days about his level of booze enthusiasm and geekery and I can’t wait to see what comes next out of HSL’s bar.

Located across from Temple Square and other tourist attractions, City Creek Center offers a mix of luxury retailers, unique-to-market stores and trusted brands, from Louis Vuitton, Coach, Kendra Scott and Tiffany & Co. to Salomon and Lululemon, as well as Nordstrom and Macy's. City Creek Center also offers a variety of dining options, including Brio Tuscan Grille and a food court with 12 distinct eateries, including local favorites such as A Taste of Red Iguana and Bocata.
