York Farm Vineyard is a small farm in Clark County, Washington with cattle, horses, and two acres of Pinot Noir wine grapes first planted in 2012. The Pinot Noir grapes are dry farmed and have never been sprayed with roundup, and are 100% grown on the estate. Growing grapes and making wine is their way of doing a lot of hard work to try to be sustainable in the region.

The Ridgefield Dog Park is roughly two acres, near the auto gate of the River S entrance of the Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge. There’s a gravel parking lot for cars and a trail around the dog area. A dog water fountain and waste bags are available for use.

The RISE Invitational Indoor Cup brings three days of fast-paced indoor soccer to Vancouver over Thanksgiving weekend, November 27–29, 2026. Hosted by Vancouver Storm FC at Clark County Indoor Sports Center, the tournament welcomes teams from throughout the Vancouver-Portland region and surrounding communities.  
  
Divisions include Men’s Open, Women’s Open, Men’s 35+, Co-Ed, and Youth divisions from U10 through U18. Teams of all skill levels are invited to participate.  
  
Team registration is $399 and includes referee fees, with a minimum of three games guaranteed. A $100 deposit reserves a team’s place, with the remaining standard balance of $299 due by November 22, 2026, at 6:00 PM. Teams can save $50 by using promo code EARLYBIRD through November 15, reducing the total team registration price to $349. For teams using the Early Bird discount, the remaining balance after the $100 deposit is $249. A one-time $5 Tournament Player Pass is required for each player.  
  
Space is limited, and divisions are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.  
  
Game times vary by division. The final tournament schedule will be released November 23 at 8:00 PM.
