In partnership with the Consul General of Mexico, this year’s altar décor will honor writer Juan Rulfo. A family-friendly, public ceremony and reception will be held Wednesday, Oct. 21, 6:00 p.m., and includes light refreshments and a special performance by Las Damas del Folklor. Free admission.
