Food items at the restaurant are made literally ‘From Scratch’, with house ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, butter and apple jam, among other items.

From Scratch serves unique pizzas such as the Spicy Calabrese, as well as a house fennel sausage, Traditional pizza fare, such as the Margherita and four-cheese with house Ricotta can also be found on the menu.
