Unleash your competitive spirit at the Tulip Open, Burlington’s most exciting all-ages horseshoes tournament, taking place on April 4, 2026, at 1720 E Whitmarsh Rd! Nestled in the stunning landscape of Washington, this one-day event offers a perfect blend of fun and skill for participants of every experience level.

This year’s tournament will feature a singles format with cancellation scoring, giving players plenty of opportunities to showcase precision and strategy. Whether you're a seasoned pro or a newcomer eager to test your aim, the Tulip Open promises thrilling matchups and friendly camaraderie as the clink of horseshoes fills the air.

Participants should plan to arrive early—check-in begins at 9:30 AM, with matches kicking off promptly at 10:00 AM. Entry fees are due by April 2, 2026: adults can compete for just $20, while junior players enter for free, making this a fantastic family-friendly competition.

National Membership Requirement: An annual membership is required for all pitchers participating in NHPA-sanctioned leagues and/or tournaments. The current fee is $65 and covers both Washington State and National dues. A provisional membership is available for first-year participants and may be used one time. The provisional fee is $10 and allows members to pitch in regular season tournaments but not the State Tournament. Participants may upgrade to a full membership at any time.
