NFL Flag Football Winter League 2025

NFL Flag Football League will focus on the development and fundamentals in an unpressured environment. The program will be a 5v5 format limiting contacts significantly and promoting playing time for every kid at the skill positions. The program aims to instill a sense of enjoyment in playing football in a competitive, non-contact environment and is a perfect addition to our youth development league. Players receive an NFL Team Reversible Jersey and a set of official flags. *Mouthpiece required.

Teams Size: 8 Players

Individual sign-ups will be placed on a team by the Highlands Sports Staff Please note if you would like to coach

No exceptions to the registration deadline as Jerseys and Flags will be ordered on that date

Teams will play 4 weeks on Sundays.

Teams may have at least two doubleheaders during the season

The season will end with a single-elimination tournament on Sunday 12/07.
