2024 105th Louisiana Golf Association State Amateur Championship

The Louisiana Golf Association Amateur Championship is the most prestigious of the organization's championships, having been conducted every year since 1920. Entries are open to any Louisiana resident (as of at least 90 days prior to June 6, 2024) who is an amateur golfer holding membership in a LGA member club in good standing. Entrants must possess a certified USGA Handicap Index of 8.0 or less.

This Championship is a USGA Qualifying Event. The Champion of the 105th Louisiana Amateur Championship will receive an exemption into the 124th U.S. Amateur Championship at Hazeltine National Golf Club in Chaska, Minnesota on August 12-18, 2024.
