The Region II Tournament of Champions will be hosted at the Fort Wayne Sport Club on July 19-20, 2025. The Fort Wayne Sport Club has been the permanent location for this tournament since 2023 and is the host club.
 
The Midwest Region consists of 20 mid-west state championship winning teams in 5 divisions that are invited to compete in the Region II Tournament of Champions. Divisions include Open Men's and Women's, Men's U23, Men's Over 30, Men's Over 40, Men's Over 50 and average 25 team in attendance every year.
