The Wine Country Classic Invitational is a local gymnastics event put on by Garland's Gymnastics in honor of owner Brett Garland's late high school coach, Rod Ostboe. Previously held at Garland's Gymnastics gymnasium, Brett greatly increased the size of the event in 2017 by turning the memorial into an invitational event, moving it to the Three Rivers Convention Center and allowing competitors from outside the Tri-Cities to participate. Garland's Gymnastics will host the 2024 Wine Country Classic Invitational the weekend of January 26-28, 2024 at the Three Rivers Convention Center in Kennewick. The three-day competition is designed for gymnasts ages 6-18, with participants traveling from throughout Washington, Oregon and Idaho. All entries by USAG Meet Reservations only.
