2nd Annual Snohomish County Open Chess Tournament

Lake Stevens Chess Club is hosting the 2nd Annual Snohomish County Open Chess Tournament. Prizes with 50 players registered. Open Prizes include a 1st - $260, 2nd - $160, 3rd - $105. U1500 Prizes include a 1st - $160, 2nd - $90, 3rd - $65. Unrated Prizes include a 1st - $100, 2nd - $65, 3rd - $45.

Format is a 5-round Swiss Open (Open, U1500, Unrated). Time control is G/25 + 5 second increment. Entry fee: Open - $50 | U1500 - $40 | Unrated - $30 Maximum of 100 players. Please bring a clock and a chess set.

Registration is 9 am - 9:30 am Round 1 starts 9:45 am, Round 2 starts 11:15 am. Round 3 starts 1:45 pm. Round 4 starts 3:15 pm. Round 5 starts 4:45 pm. Closing Ceremony is 6:15 pm.
