10U - $1000 12U-18U - $1,400 5/22-5/25 (10U 5/22-5/24) Chesterfield Valley Athletic Complex 10U - 4GG 3 Pool Play Games Single Elimination Bracket 12U-18U 4 Pool Play Games Single Elimination Bracket Seperate Qualifying Bracket which will played in lieu of pool play. Teams must also play in championship bracket in order to earn AFCS Berth. 1 Berth to Alliance Nationals will be awarded in each age division Teams playing for berth need to declare entry and be registered as Supers team with Alliance 90 Min (Championship Game 7 Innings) Games will start on Friday at 6:30 for 12-18U Teams, 10U teams will play Sat & Sun ONLY. Bracket will begin Sunday afternoon and conclude Monday afternoon. NO STAY TO PLAY NO GATE FEES USA Softball Sanctioned USA Softball of St. Louis Modified Tournament Rules – Teams may bat roster with free defensive substitution. Rules are available on website and will be emailed to coaches prior to event. All Coaches must complete a background check through USA Softball and yearly SafeSport. Please upload documents to your dashboard for approval. Teams who do not have compliance completed, uploaded, and approved will NOT be allowed to take the field. Insurance – Please upload insurance certificates to your team’s dashboard. We ask that you please have USA Softball of St. Louis listed as additional insured. Payment is due 3 weeks prior to event. Once event has reached capacity, teams will need to confirm attendance or make payment to hold spot.

Refund Policy -Withdraw from tournament 7 days before the tournament FULL refund. -Withdraw from tournament 6 days or less before tournament or when schedule is posted and receive no refund. -If tournament is canceled due to inclement weather refunds will be given based on number of games played. Teams that play 75% or more of total game guarantee will not receive a refund. If no games were played, tournament will hold $75 for administrative purposes and refund remaining entry fee to team.

Any weather issues/rainout info will be updated on Rainoutline.com under USA Softball of St. Louis and communicated via RegisterPlay.

The tournament directors reserve the right to change the tournament format, time limits, or other aspects so that the tournament may be completed. Teams will be refunded money according to the refund schedule for any games lost due to format changes because of weather or any other unforeseen circumstance.
