From July 29 to Aug. 3, 2024, an estimated 800 youth swimmers from over 100 YMCA teams will compete at the Florida Aquatics Swimming and Training (FAST) facility in Ocala, Florida. With a focus on team competition and a sense of community, the five-day event is full of excitement, sportsmanship and fast swimming.
