3STEP Volleyball is sourcing a destination for a premier national tournament, the MLK Invitational, which brings together 250+ teams (ages U12–U18) from all areas of the eastern United States. This highly anticipated event is expected to reach full capacity and promises high-level competition.

With the full backing of all 3STEP Volleyball clubs, the tournament is projected to draw 3,000+ athletes, 4,800+ spectators and 2,000+ room-nights, making it one of the most exciting volleyball events of the year. 

The 2025 event saw an attendance of 227 teams, 2,700 Athletes, 4,320 Spectators, and a hotel pickup of 1,800 room-nights. The 2026 event is projecting higher numbers in all categories as detailed above. 

Inquiries are being accepted from all geographic areas of the country. Destinations in the eastern United States are preferred, but other areas of the country will also be seriously considered.
