Battle In The Valley - Winter Warm-Up (REV COED 4s)

Valley Dream Sports Hub and SIVA are excited to host the "Battle In The Valley" tournament series. When: Sunday, December 7th, 2025 Where: Valley Dream Sports Hub (1645 S. Walnut St. Burlington, WA) & SIVA TF (1635 S. Walnut St. Burlington, WA) Cost: $140/Team Venmo: @Zach-Calles Doors open: 8:00am Captain's meeting: 8:45am First serve: 9am Modified Pool Play followed by Double Elimination Bracket. Teams will be divided into an Upper and Lower bracket play after pool. We will be capping the total number of teams at 12. Prizes will be given to the winners of each division. Modified Pool Play Format (1 game to 28 points) 9:00 AM - Team 1 vs Team 4 (Match 1) 9:45 AM - Team 2 vs Team 3 (Match 2) 10:30 AM - Winner Match 1 vs Winner Match 2 (Match 3) 11:15 AM - Loser Match 1 vs Loser Match 2 (Match 4) 12:00 PM-12:30 PM - Lunch Break Winners bracket will be match play (21/21/15). Contender's bracket will be 1 set to 25. NO CAP FOR BRACKET PLAY. Once you lose in bracket play you must stay and referee the next match. If you leave without reffing, you will not be invited back to the next tournament. IMPORTANT: $140 team fee will secure your teams spot. Paid teams will have priority over unpaid teams (no exceptions). No refunds 1 week before tournament day, unless you find a replacement team. Please have payments and rosters submitted by September 13th so pools can be finalized. Hosts are NOT responsible for any missing and/or forgotten items. All items found at the end of the tournament will be placed in the Academy lost and found. FACILITY/SCHOOL RULES: No drugs, weapons, alcohol, or smoking allowed in or on the facility grounds. You will be asked to leave if you break these rules. We reserve the right to refuse service to ANYONE. If you refuse to abide by the rules of the facility and school, you will be asked to leave.
