The Regional Tournament brings together clubs and teams from across each region to compete for the Men’s First Division, Second Division titles and the Women’s First Division title. The event attracts 15 teams from throughout each region and will draw over 300 players, coaching, support staff and referees. The Tournament will be held on a Saturday in June or July. 

USAFL Western Regionals 2025

Since 1997, the US Australian Football League has been dedicated to growing the sport of Australian Football  in the US. No it is NOT Rugby. We play on ovals (think Cricket) that measure 525' x 360'. We hold regional tournaments throughout the country during the summer and National Championships in October. 

The regional tournaments require grass field space for 2-3 ovals. The Nationals require field space for 5 ovals. We rotate the Nationals on a 3 year cycle from an Eastern location to a Western location the next year and then to a Midwest location the following year, repeating this pattern every 3 years. 

We have a proven track record for hotel room pickup and are happy to share reports and references upon request. 

There are a limited number of venues across the country that can host our events so once an event is successfully completed it is likely the event would return in future years.
