🏆 2026 WISCONSIN RYDER CUP CHAMPIONSHIPS 🏆 An Event Unlike Any Other: Coulee Region Cornhole proudly presents one of the most competitive and unique team events in the Midwest — the Wisconsin Ryder Cup Championships. This event is built on regional pride, teamwork, and proving that your area’s players are the best. Eight players. One team. Three intense events. One team champion.

📍 EVENT DETAILS 📍 Location: Onalaska Omni Center 255 Riders Club Rd., Onalaska, WI 54650 📅 Dates: Friday & Saturday — May 8–9, 2026 📅 Registration Opens: Sunday, March 1st at 12:00pm 💰 Entry Fee (per team of 8): • Upper Division: $800 • Lower Division: $400 ⏰ EVENT SCHEDULE Friday – May 8 Check-In: 12:00–1:30 PM • Singles Tournament – Bags Fly: 2:00 PM Saturday – May 9 • Doors Open: 8:00 AM • Big 8 Team Tournament – Bags Fly: 9:30 AM • Doubles Tournament – Bags Fly after Big 8 🏆 TEAM FORMAT & DIVISIONS • Two Competitive Divisions

  • UPPER Division: 16 Teams
  • LOWER Division: 16 Teams Teams compete in three different events, earning points toward the overall Ryder Cup Team standings. 🎯 EVENT BREAKDOWN 1️⃣ Singles Tournament (Friday Afternoon) • One-game, double-elimination • 128-player bracket per division • Players spread evenly across 8 sections of the bracket to prevent early teammate matchups • Bonus points & cash for Singles Champion 2️⃣ The Big 8 (Saturday Morning) The most pressure-packed throw you’ll make all weekend. • Four players at each end of the court • Throw order set before play • Two pools of 8 teams • Top 2 teams from each pool advance • Sudden-death bracket to determine team/division winner 3️⃣ Doubles Tournament (Saturday Afternoon) • Pool play format • Every win earns team points • 8 pools total • Pool winners (1 Team) advance to sudden-death bracket • Bonus cash for Doubles Team Champions 💵 TEAM PAYOUTS 💵 UPPER Division - A (8 Teams) 1️⃣ $2800 2️⃣ $2000 3️⃣ $1,600 4️⃣ $1000 • Singles Champion Bonus: $200 • Doubles Champion Bonus: $400 LOWER Division - B (16 Teams) 1️⃣ $1,400 2️⃣ $1,200 3️⃣ $1,000 4️⃣ $800 5️⃣ $700 6️⃣ $600 • Singles Champion Bonus: $100 • Doubles Champion Bonus: $200 LOWER Division - C (8 Teams) 1️⃣ $560 2️⃣ $480 3️⃣ $400 4️⃣ $320 • Singles Champion Bonus: $50 • Doubles Champion Bonus: $100 ⚠️ IMPORTANT RULES – PLEASE READ This event is based on regional competition, not all-star recruiting event. “My area’s players are better than yours…get your best players, I’ll get mine, and let’s play bags.” ◊ Team Composition • 8 players per team • Players must be from the same area (within 30 miles) • Small Population Rule:
  • Towns of 10,000 or less may extend to 60 miles • Pro Rule:
  • Maximum 2 pro players per team
  • Pro = ACL/ACO Pro Status or considered a pro outside of the major cornhole organizations/league. • Family Rule:
  • Exceptions may be requested
  • Final approval is at the Tournament Director’s discretion ***Teams who win will be required to move up a division next year. ◊ Team Attire Teams are strongly encouraged to wear matching shirts or colors to create a unified team presence. ◊ Bag Rules & Equipment • Bring Your Own Bags • Must comply with ACL or ACO regulations• Illegal bags will NOT be allowed If your bags are questionable...don’t bring them. If caught using illegal bags, you must switch immediately or you may be asked to leave and you will lose your team points for those games/matches.

Any one of the 8 players may register...just make sure someone is ready at noon. Waiting List Notes Do not be discouraged, teams drop every year due to scheduling conflicts, and many waitlisted teams move in.
