2026 PG Sunshine Midwest Select Fest ID Camp (9U-12U)

Select Fest ID (SFID) Camps are the newest segment of the Perfect Game Individual Player Development Initiative. They are one-day events that are intended to provide elite metrics for every player who wants to track their personal growth and compare it to their peers, and are open to any player regardless of the classification (i.e.; AA, AAA, Major) of the team they play with.

SFID Camps will also utilize National Leaderboards, which will allow each participant to see how they measure up throughout their Perfect Game journey. If your player wants to find out where they stand nationally amongst their peers and/or learn how to use analytical data to improve their game, then a Select Fest ID Camp is for you!

AWESOME PLAYER GEAR PACKAGE - All participants will receive a PG Sublimated Jersey, Arm Sleeve, PG Cap. Players are required to provide their own solid white baseball pants, belt/socks (black or neutral color preferred), proper footwear, and bring all necessary baseball equipment, and safety equipment.

ELITE METRICS FOR EVERY ATHLETE - Now 9U to 12U players can access Perfect Game’s renowned metrics and evaluation in a big-field experience.

BUILD YOUR BEST BASEBALL RESUME - Select Fest ID Camps will provide athletes with high-quality performance metrics that will be added to their PG Player Profile.

THE ID CAMP EXPERIENCE

Quality Information: Players receive top-tier data and performance analysis for their PG Profile as well as skill-based rankings among their peers.

Expert Identification: ID Camp Crew will observe athletes over a wide range of athletic and skill tests as well as live at-bats.

Selection Exposure: SFID Camps are a great way for 9- and 10-year olds to begin building their baseball 'resume' and grow accustomed to the type of events/testing that are more commonplace at higher levels of the game. Each of our 11- and 12-year old participants will receive consideration for their respective Select Festivals. Our player gear package, on-field skills, athletic testing and live at-bats creates an unparalleled baseball experience for all who attend!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Are results posted on the Player’s PG Profile? Yes, results from each player’s Athletic Testing/Skills Evaluations will be posted to the individual player’s PG Profile. National Leaderboards will be formulated from each event to show where each participant stacks up across the country.

What Athletic Skills Testing will be performed? The Athletic Skills Testing portion will consist of the 30 yard dash, Home to First Base, Grip Strength, and Broad Jump

What does the Individual Skills Session entail? The Individual Skills portion of the will consist of Defensive Workouts, Batting Practice, Exit Velocity, Pelotero Swing Analysis, and Live At-Bats.

How does a typical Select Fest ID Camp run? Every participant will be provided an opportunity to take part in the Athletic Skills Testing and Skills Evaluation along with Batting Practice. Pitchers will be evaluated during live at-bats.
