Cowboy Mounted Shooting World Championships

Mounted contestants compete in this fast action timed event using two .45 caliber single action revolvers each loaded with five rounds of specially prepared blank ammunition. This event is free to watch in the Amarillo National Center (bring your ear plugs). Competitions begin at 8 am. Showcase of champions begins at 7 pm Friday, Oct. 14.
