With the same attention to great food and customer service as the adjoining 13 Coins Restaurant, Coins Coffee House brings renowned coffee and espresso drinks to the waterfront in a fast-casual format. With indoor and outdoor seating, the coffee is sourced from Seattle-based traditional Italian roaster Caffe D'Arte.

A Seattle mainstay since 1967, 13 Coins is expanding to the Vancouver Waterfront with a two-story, 4,865-square-foot restaurant on the north side of the Hotel Indigo. Named one of the nation’s top destinations for late night dining by the Food Network, experience its famed high-backed booths, swiveling captain’s chairs, and exhibition kitchen.

In 1999, Greg Lueck and Rebecca Seymour renovated the turn-of-the-century Vancouver National Bank Building to showcase Firehouse Glass, the Northwest's Premier Glass Working Center. Firehouse Glass provides community exposure to glass art as well as a collaborative forum for artists working in the glass medium. Firehouse Glass provides world-class equipment and facilities with a vision of community, education, and collaboration in the glass arts.

Little Conejo specializes in mezcal and tacos, bringing Oaxacan flair to downtown Vancouver. They grind organic Mexican corn daily to produce fresh, handmade tortillas. Enjoy brunch items, like chilaquiles and huevos rancheros, on Sundays from 10 am to 2 pm.

The place for coffee, beer and wine enthusiasts to congregate, Brewed serves in-house roasting of micro-lot coffees from around the world, in addition to wine from local boutique wineries, and beer from local microbreweries. Kindred Homestead Supply serves as a bulk refillery station: a place to refill your home and personal care essentials. Natural plant-based cleaners, organic plant butters, and locally sourced bespoke lotions and soaps primarily make up this department. Patrons refill containers of their choosing, in exactly the amounts they need and want, and pay for the product by the ounce. In addition to sustainable products and bulk refillable essentials, Kindred Homestead Supply features unique, one-of-a-kind household goods personally sourced by the shop owner. Using her background in vintage resale, she has procured a carefully curated collection of found, vintage, and secondhand items for her store. These unique and specialty pieces not only serve as Kindred’s décor, they are available for purchase as well.

The Foxhole Cocktail Den is a cocktail bar by the owners of Pacific House restaurant in downtown Vancouver. The cocktail bar has a vintage art deco inspired aesthetic, and will develop Vancouver’s nightlife district!

An emerging Washington winery, Valo Cellars showcases the purity of the state's grapes by focusing on Bordeaux and Rhône variety wines, as well as Burgundian style Chardonnays. They are also excited to create Pinot Noirs from both sides of the Columbia Valley as a way to enjoy, compare, and contrast the strengths of Washington and Oregon Pinots. Celebrate the Old Apple Tree Festival from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the first Saturday of October at Old Apple Tree Park, located on Columbia Way just east of Interstate 5 Bridge.

The annual Old Apple Tree Festival is a celebration centered on the oldest living apple tree in the Northwest, planted at Fort Vancouver in 1826.

Providing fun, food, music, and history of Vancouver’s Old Apple Tree, the festival celebrates our community and its rich heritage. Throughout the day, Urban Forestry Commissioners give away cuttings from the Old Apple Tree; cuttings are limited and will be given out until they are gone. This free, family-friendly event, features activities for children, food for sale, apple tastings and sales, live music, cider pressing and walking tours of Fort Vancouver Village, the Fort Vancouver Historic Orchard and the Land Bridge. Local musical groups will provide live music throughout the day. Check out musical artists: The Ottomatics, River Twain and JT Wise Band.

The festival features community apple cider pressing. Bring your own apples and a clean container to catch your fresh cider, or purchase apples and a container at the event. Approximately 15 lbs of apples will make a quart of cider. Volunteers needed for the cider pressing station, contact Urban Forestry to learn more.
