The National Tournament brings together clubs and teams from across the country to compete for the Men’s First Division, Second Division, Third Division and Fourth Division titles and the Women’s First Division and Second Division title. The event attracts 50 teams from over 40 clubs around the US and Canada and will draw over 2,000 players, coaching, support staff and referees. The Tournament will be held over a 4 day period (Thursday/Friday set up, clinics and media sessions, with games played all day Saturday and Sunday). 
 
On the Friday preceding the tournament an Administrator’s conference will be held, with representatives from each club participating. All other players are expected to arrive by Friday, with registration being held on Friday night. The tournament concludes on Sunday evening with official post tournament function (Division One final usually concludes at 5:30 pm). 

2025 USAFL Nationals

Since 1997, the US Australian Football League has been dedicated to growing the sport of Australian Football  in the US. No it is NOT Rugby. We play on ovals (think Cricket) that measure 525' x 360'. We hold regional tournaments throughout the country during the summer and National Championships in October. 

The regional tournaments require grass field space for 2-3 ovals. The Nationals require field space for 5 ovals. We rotate the Nationals on a 3 year cycle from an Eastern location to a Western location the next year and then to a Midwest location the following year, repeating this pattern every 3 years. 

We have a proven track record for hotel room pickup and are happy to share reports and references upon request. 

There are a limited number of venues across the country that can host our events so once an event is successfully completed it is likely the event would return in future years.
