🏐 Back to the Hardwood Classic – 35th Annual Tournament Hosted by MSU Men’s Volleyball

Since 1990, Michigan State students have celebrated the transition from the sandy shores of the Great Lakes to the hardwood courts of IM West with the annual Back to the Hardwood Classic. More than just a tournament, this event has become a tradition of renewal—where teams kick off the season, build connections, and gear up for the MIVA/NCVF schedule.

Now in its 35th year, the Back to the Hardwood Classic is one of the largest men’s club volleyball tournaments in the nation, bringing together over 45 college teams across two divisions for two full days of high-level competition.
